		<description><![CDATA[The beef lettuce wrap sounds like a take on &quot;Genghis Khan&quot;, a dish popular in Hokkaido (where I lived for 2 years). Usually, you have a grill right at the table, and you grill the meat yourself, cut it with scissors, and then eat it wrapped in the lettuce. You can see it in action in one of my favourite food movies, &lt;i&gt;Tanpopo&lt;/i&gt;.]]></description>
