Molly – indeed. Chocolate is an experience that requires serious unplugging.

Generally, chocolate is easier to pair with other beverages – scotch and beer being the most complementary.

Oh god the sound of that last one has me drooling at my desk!! I love melting and trying different ways of eating “normal” chocolate, but when I buy a “specialty” bar I tend to turn the phone off and just sit there devouring it! lol!

So the questions is where do you stand on the wine thing? I love chocolate and red wine, but i read somewhere that alot of people feel this is an utter crime!
